Avaya offers a new ground-breaking video conferencing facility. Avaya Flare Experience is a set of tools and services that includes new-generation capabilities in delivering video, audio and written information.

These solutions provide low bandwidth, high definition video conferencing products for companies for the betterment of communication.

The new tools feature user friendly and robust interfaces and easy-to-use online media streaming, instant messaging technologies, directory consolidation and many other technologies. According to Ray Teske, managing director, ASEAN & global accounts, Avaya, the new compression technology reduces costs by around 40 per cent. In general, this new kit is available for one third of the cost required by rival tools. 

So far, the Avaya Flare Experience goes with the Avaya Desktop Video Device. However, it is expected to soon become available for tablet PCs, notebooks, portable devices and other facilities.

Teske confirmed that the Avaya Desktop Video Device was intended for the Avaya Flare Experience as a means of instant connection for executive desktops or power communicators. The device features a 11.6” HD touch screen and a HD 720-pixel camera that supports its audio and video capabilities; HD-quality voice and built-in microphones. Also, it features wi fi and SIP, as well as USB ports for keyboards, a thumb drive and 3G/4G.

By aid of this communication platform, it is possible to hold online seminars and conferences. It can also be used conveniently for various education and business projects to improve management and salesmanship.
