Classical American magazine Playboy, is coming to iPad. The founder of the magazine Hugh Hefner informed the world about it in his tweets.

All issues of this popular magazine will be available for the iPad users beginning from 1953 up to the present days.

It is interesting to point this fact our taking into consideration that Apple was against any pornographic stuff before to be released via the App Store. Steve Jobs said strictly once that people with passion for porn may apply to Android which has a porn store. He also informed about the moral responsibility for protection of iPhone from porn.

In this connection it was rather strange that Playboy succeeded in concluding the deal with Apple. There must be some weighty reasons for the willingness of the company to cooperate with Playboy in this direction. The company is also cooperating with News Corp. and is going to launch the newspaper Daily, despite the fact that the launch was put off for some time.

Many people would say that Playboy is not regarded a pornographic magazine. Apple’s consent is very beneficial for Playboy, which has been experiencing the steady drop of the paper magazine for several years already. Hugh Hefner has taken some measures not long ago, which were aimed at the buying out the remaining stock in Playboy.

He wants to make it a privately owned business again. With Apple’s support Hugh Hefner expects to improve the situation thanks to new opportunities.
