Multiplatform variant of Zune service was launched in the United Kingdom when Window Phone 7 was released.

With the ability to work on several platforms this entertainment service gives users the possibility of downloading video and music via Windows phone7 handsets, games consoles Xbox 360 and Windows PC.

The playback feature is possible on all of them. You can sync and share the tracks in a wireless way.

Kinect motion controller is going to be released for the console Xbox 360 and it will function with multimedia player. It will be possible to play songs and perform different actions with the help of hands without using usual remote control.

Zune Pass is also planned to be brought to the United Kingdom. The cost of its monthly subscription is £8.99. People get the possibility of downloading music from the catalogue and unlimited streaming.  Video purchase and rental will be also available via three platforms. Now video service is available on Xbox 360. Later it will work on Windows Phone 7 and PC.

The update of Zune PC software is going to be performed with new features included and making it synchronization client of the operation system Windows phone 7. It will have a renewed stylish interface and additional playback features.
