The triumph of search engine Bing is founded on algorithms, which were developed by the specialists working for Google. There is a saying calling imitation a form of flattery. Can it be referred to Bing then? Being Google competitor create algorithms basing on the results of Google.

The story was told by Search Engine Land which has been investigating it long. Google noticed it last May and planned the operation in accordance with which words with misspelling were entered. Bing used the similar results as Google did, but the jump in use of the page by Google and Bing was different. It was discovered in the course of the case research.

When Google was convinced fully it started trying to expose the Bing. Google’s engineers have written the code with manual rank capability. After that some fake searches were made. The content in them was not usual and typical at all but in 10 days’ period it appeared in Bing. But before this time these results were not popular at all in both Bing and Google. It all changed because of Google’s manual involvement. But the same appeared in Bing and that can’t be argued.

But what is interesting Bing did not refuse from accusation. The company asserts that it tries its best for the sake of the clients who want to have the best results therefore different means of achieving these results are used.  The Director of the search engine told about opt-in programs used to determine the rank data. He added that fakes created by Google, just cheated the programs and nothing else. Google is not happy about it but can’t do anything here, just to assert that this is unfair and other company takes advantage of Google’ s rich expertise.
